What We’re Looking For

  • Over 2 years of experience in customer service role related to technical support
  • A team player. You enjoy sharing your knowledge, dividing labor, and learning from others
  • An advanced level of experience working with Windows and Mac desktops/laptops
  • Demonstrated experience in problem solving and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form
  • Loves learning about customers’ problems and finding solutions for them
  • A self-motivated individual who works well with little direction

What You’ll Do

You’ll be helping us build and foster relationships with existing and new partners by interacting with them daily via phone calls, live chats, and service tickets to provide information in response to inquiries about our products and to resolve technical issues. You’ll be expected to display excellent troubleshooting abilities by using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions then coming to a timely conclusion to effectively communicate to the customer. You will work on a small team of highly engaged and motivated individuals who are passionate about solving problems and being available for customers and each other. You will have the support of your peers and are expected to support your peers in return.
